Where are you Based?
The Vintage Mobile Lounge is based in Houston, TX. Travel outside of the Houston metropolitan area is permitted. Costs may include distance and service charges.
What are the dimensions?
The exterior dimensions: 27 feet in length, 7 feet 11 inches in width, 9 feet 5 inches in height.
The combined length with the tow vehicle is 43 ft (the tow vehicle will be unhitched and taken away once the airstream is in position).
What amenities does the Airstream offer?
Avie Jean offers plush seating for 12-15 guests, bluetooth speaker system, Roku TV, charging outlets, microwave, wine refrigerator, sink and a bespoke powder room.
How long is the Setup/Breakdown for an Event?
Depending on the event needs, it takes 1-2 hours to set up the airstream. Breakdown will take between 1-2 hours.
***The Airstream will need to be positioned on firm, level ground, at the event. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is sufficient space to set up the airstream at the venue and that there is enough space to safely tow in and out using the tow vehicle. An event site inspection can be scheduled to confirm suitable event conditions.***
How do I access the power and water?
Onsite electrical power and water is preferred, however, in the event there is not onsite electrical power and water available, we can provide a generator at an additional cost.
How do I book the Vintage Mobile Lounge?
Email The Vintage Mobile Lounge at [email protected], call 346-222-1606 or fill out the contact form with event details to confirm availability and pricing. Once approved, a deposit will be required to reserve the date.
Do you charge cancellation fees?
We absolutely do! Once you have paid the deposit the date belongs to you. Deposits will be forfeited if the event is cancelled within 45 days. Weather related cancellations can be rescheduled upon discussion.
Is Smoking allowed?
No, this is a non smoking event facility.
Are Pets allowed?
No, as a courtesy to future renters who may have allergies to pets, animals are not allowed onboard.
